RacePacer (“the Service”) is operated by What’s Next Digital Ltd, a company registered in Northern Ireland (company number NI688335) with its registered office at 20c Balliniska Road, Springtown Industrial Estate, Derry, BT48 0NA (“we”, “us”). By creating an account and using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.

RacePacer is a software tool that uses artificial intelligence to generate personalised running training plan suggestions based on information you provide. It is a planning aid only.

RacePacer is not a coaching service, sports medicine service, physiotherapy service, or any other form of professional advice. The operator of RacePacer is not a qualified running coach, personal trainer, physiotherapist, or medical professional.

All training plans, session descriptions, recommendations, coach messages, and summaries produced by the Service are generated by third-party artificial intelligence systems (currently Anthropic's Claude). This content is automated and has not been reviewed or verified by a qualified professional.

AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or suggestions that are unsuitable for your individual circumstances. You must apply your own judgement before following any plan produced by the Service.

Nothing on RacePacer constitutes medical advice, sports science advice, coaching advice, or any other form of professional advice. Before starting any new training programme, you should:

• Consult a doctor, particularly if you have any existing health conditions, injuries, or have been inactive for a prolonged period
• Seek guidance from a qualified running coach if you are new to structured training
• Stop training and seek medical advice if you experience pain, dizziness, chest tightness, or any other concerning symptoms

Running and endurance training carry inherent risks including, but not limited to, muscle strains, stress fractures, joint injuries, cardiovascular events, and other physical harm. By using the Service, you acknowledge these risks and voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injury, illness, or other harm that may arise from following a training plan generated by RacePacer.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RacePacer and its operator(s) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from or related to:

• Your use of or reliance on any training plan or content generated by the Service
• Physical injury, illness, or deterioration in health or performance
• Inaccuracies in AI-generated content
• Service interruptions, data loss, or technical failures

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which any claim is brought, even if RacePacer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not share your account with others.

RacePacer reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that are used for any unlawful or abusive purpose.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or continued availability of the Service. The Service is in active development and features may change, be removed, or be unavailable at any time without notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
