Set one plan. RacePacer re-paces it for each runner. You stay in charge.

Coach mode is for anyone working out the same sessions at a different pace for every runner. It is built into RacePacer today.

One plan, each runner’s paces

Copy a plan onto another of your runners who has no live plan, then re-pace it to their personal bests. Pace figures change. Distances, session types and the structure of the week do not, and any run with no pace in it stays word for word.

Weeks a runner has already logged are left alone. You choose when to re-pace, before a plan goes to your runner.

You stay in charge

Edit any session by hand. Lock a session or a whole week to keep AI changes off it. Revise a plan with a note, and your runner sees what changed and why, and they can roll it back.

A runner can still change a session you locked, because it is their week. When they do, you see the change and their reason.

See who needs you

Your list shows each runner’s latest week as planned against actual, with the gap and a flag on anyone worth a look.

Open a runner for their weekly chart, the niggles they’ve reported, and after 3 logged weeks a predicted finish with its working.

Runners join by link

Add a runner, build their plan, and send the invite link. They sign up with their own login and accept the link themselves before anything is connected to you.

How a plan gets written today

You build it inside RacePacer. Give it the runner, the race and your brief, and it drafts the weeks with AI. Then you edit the sessions until the plan is yours. You can't bring in a spreadsheet or a PDF at the moment.
